The Den collects name, address, product details and email address data to enable purchases, service and warranties.

D) What are my rights concerning the data collected?

Name and address data stored by The Den (within invoices) can only be deleted in accordance with U.K. financial reporting laws and warranty requirements.

Email addresses are stored for a maximum of five years and can be deleted at any time on request. Email addresses are stored for purchase, warranty and service purposes.
